The purpose of ARC Compliance Certification is to promote and certify perceived minimum domestic standards on residential cruisers.

It is distilled from decades of experience of Residential Cruising and is a useful guide to suitability for living aboard,

particularly for those new to this wonderful lifestyle.

Compliance certificates rate the vessel according to suitable use and as a percentage of the maximum score within the scheme.

Sight of this certificate will focus prospective buyers minds on various fundamental areas relative to the use as a houseboat.

Inspection fees vary according to travelling distances. Only A.R.C. members can apply.
